Appointment cancellation
Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to attend an upcoming therapy appointment. This will enable us to allocate the available appointment to another patient in good time. Otherwise we may have to charge you for the missed appointment.
Please use this contact form to inform us of the cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment! For cancellations at shorter notice, please call the practice or leave a message on our answering machine. It is essential that you arrange a replacement appointment if you have not booked another therapy session. You can reach our office by telephone on the following number:
