Longer breath with FaceFormer therapy
The effects of FaceFormer therapy on running performance were analysed in a pilot study conducted by the Weilheim Institute for Exercise & Nutrition. The therapy was developed by Dr Klaus Berndsen and Sabine Berndsen from the ISST in Unna.

The FaceFormer Therapy
The Face Former and the OSP were developed at the ISST by Berndsen/Berndsen for the functional treatment of hypotonic muscles and muscular dysfunctions in facial and neck pain, temporomandibular joint problems, bruxism, misaligned teeth, syndromic diseases and disabilities.
Initial treatment of myogenic findings in the craniomandibular system
Based on the experience of myofunctional training with the FaceFormer, a series of basic exercises can be recommended as an initial result of the present study, as they are easy to perform and comprehensible for young patients.
Specialists meet in Unna
The latest findings from ISST-Unna are the focus of a specialist conference attended by 25 specialists, including ENT specialists, orthodontists, paediatricians, dentists and therapists from all over Germany.
Inventor travels overseas
