OSP – Oral stimulation plates

The OSP therapy – Oral Stimulation Plates – was developed by Dr. Klaus-J. Berndsen and Sabine Berndsen on the basis of the palatal plate concept according to Castillo Morales. Intraoral stimulation, such as activation of the tongue, lips, velum and swallowing functions, is stimulated using individual stimulation bodies integrated into a soft plate system. This initiates, corrects and automates desired movement patterns and physiological holding positions.
